Built by an operator who lived the chaos first.
SiteFlows wasn’t conceived in a boardroom. It was built after years of running real estate and short-term rentals — and watching every reservation system in existence ignore the part that actually breaks.
How we build, in three lines.
Trust is built with proof.
Every job ships with photo + GPS + timestamp. Disputes get resolved with evidence — not opinions.
Workers come first.
Pay is locked at acceptance. Workers get the app free. The system protects them as much as it protects owners.
We don’t replace your stack.
Keep your PMS. Keep your booking channels. SiteFlows is the layer below — the field operations layer.
The Field Problem
I've worked in real estate and short-term rentals for years. The booking platforms were excellent at their job. They put heads in beds. They handled calendars, payments, listings, and reviews.
But the moment a reservation was confirmed, something strange happened: the systems stopped helping. From check-out to check-in, I was on my own with a cleaner, a phone, and a prayer.
“The booking systems handled reservations. Nobody handled what happened in the field.”
What kept breaking — every week
I tried every workaround. Spreadsheets. Group texts. Checklist apps. Mileage trackers. Dedicated cleaners with bonuses. None of it solved the actual problem, which was simple and very specific:
I had no operational visibility into the field. I knew when a guest was coming. I knew when they left. I had no idea what happened in between unless I drove to the unit myself.
“I had no operational visibility into the field. So I built it.”
How it grew — one real problem at a time
The first version of SiteFlows was a worker mobile app for one cleaner across three of my own units. It enforced photo proof, GPS check-ins, and a non-skippable checklist. It locked pay at job acceptance — no surprise deductions, no manager arguments. It worked.
Worker mobile app
Photo proof, GPS check-ins, non-skippable checklist, pay locked at job acceptance — no surprise deductions, no manager arguments.
Manager dashboard
Real-time visibility across all units. No more driving to the property to verify a cleaner showed up.
Damage detection model
AI-assisted flagging of damage between guest stays before disputes arise.
Turnover risk scores
Predict which turnovers are likely to fail before the guest checks in.
Supply tracking
Stop losing money to quietly vanishing towels, soap, and supplies.
Then I added a manager dashboard. Then a damage detection model. Then turnover risk scores. Then supply tracking. Each piece solved a problem I'd lived through that week.
SiteFlows vs. your PMS
Your PMS
Handles the booking — the before.
SiteFlows
Handles the field — the between.
The two systems are designed to work together, not compete. We connect to Guesty, Hospitable, Hostaway today, with more on the way.
Bookings happen online. Problems happen in the field.
SiteFlows controls the field.
If you've ever stared at a 3-star review and knew which turnover broke it — this is for you.
