SiteFlows respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, include all of the following in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (URL, screenshot, or in-app reference);
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone, email;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If your content is removed and you believe the removal was based on mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including the items required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3): your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your name and contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you are located (or, if outside the U.S., the federal district where SiteFlows is located).
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
SiteFlows maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We rely on the totality of circumstances, including the number, nature, and timing of valid notices.
5. Misuse Warning
Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Do not submit a notice unless you have a good-faith basis for the claim.
