This page is for California residents and explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. Our Practices
SiteFlows does not sell personal information for money.

2. Your Rights
As a California resident you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share;
- delete personal information we have about you, subject to lawful retention;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of any future sale or share (we do not sell or share, but the right exists);
- limit our use of sensitive personal information (we use sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted by CCPA without consent — i.e., to provide the Service);
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
3. How to Exercise Your Rights
Email privacy@siteflows.ai or use the email associated with your account. Subject line: "California Privacy Request." Include the type of request and any details we need to verify your identity.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require proof of authorization and will verify the consumer's identity directly.
Response time: 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days where permitted, with notice.
4. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out preference signal under CCPA/CPRA. The GPC signal is detected automatically.
5. Sensitive Personal Information
Under CCPA/CPRA, "sensitive personal information" includes precise geolocation, account credentials, and similar categories. SiteFlows uses precise geolocation only during an active Job as part of the Service's core function. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you or for any purpose beyond providing the Service. You may limit use of sensitive personal information by contacting privacy@siteflows.ai, but doing so may limit Service functionality.
6. Categories Collected (Last 12 Months)
See Section 1 of the Privacy Policy for the full list. In CCPA categories: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet/electronic activity, geolocation, professional or employment information.
7. Categories Disclosed
We disclose categories of personal information to service providers (sub-processors) listed in our Sub-processor List. We have not sold or shared (as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA) any personal information in the past 12 months.
8. Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial email or sending a new email to privacy@siteflows.ai with subject "California Privacy Appeal." We will respond within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the California Attorney General at [AG contact URL].
